Sales Spark is a 10 hour block of meetings and research at a one time cost of $1,199.
Hourly Consulting
Regular consultations with Craig Heward, a 24-year Sales and Marketing veteran will help assess performance, refine business strategy, and implement action plans effectively.
With personalized guidance, you’ll gain clarity, direction, new ideas and see accelerated results, all with a dedicated focus on your growth. This time can be allocated to C-level, or Individual Contributors.
Hourly engagements will be billed at $150 per hour.
Sales Guide Book
One of the best ways to develop a sales culture is to organize your process and sales information.
To develop a Sales Guide Book, we will outline the core steps in the sales process and document into a living and adjustable instruction manual.
This will be useful to onboard future sales hires, reducing their ramp time to proficiency.
A Sales Guide Book is a minimum of 20 hours of work starting at a one time fee of $2,799.
